Key Responsibilities
🔹 Clinic Leadership & Operations

- Interpret financial metrics, address underperformance, and drive profitability.

🔹 Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to state, federal, and company regulations.
- Oversee employee files, certifications, and annual training requirements.
- Conduct staff meetings, compliance audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage facility safety, equipment calibration, and OSHA compliance.
🔹 Clinical Excellence
- Treat patients while maintaining high clinical standards and best practices.

Qualifications
✔ Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain).
