Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive athletic training services to high school and junior high school athletes
• Develop and implement injury prevention and rehabilitation programs
• Conduct initial assessments for sports-related injuries and illnesses
• Create individualized treatment plans under physician supervision
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Medical Records
• Offer return-to-play guidance to athletes, coaches, and parents
• Collaborate with medical directors and healthcare providers
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Requirements
• Graduate of a CAATE accredited bachelor's or master's degree program
• Current BOC certification in good standing
• New York state licensure (dual licensure in NY and PA preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Experience working with adolescent athletic populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Presagia
