Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (Part-Time)

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Part-Time, Monday–Wednesday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (future possibility of Thursdays)

• Compensation: $43,000–$45,000 annually, based on experience

• Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams: take vitals, review medical history and medications, and update charts using EPIC EMR

• Support diagnostic procedures: EKG, Spirometry, Audiometry, Phlebotomy, and other occupational health screenings

• Assist healthcare providers with patient care and documentation

• Maintain and calibrate clinical equipment; manage supply inventory

• Provide occasional front desk support including patient check-in/out and phone reception

• Collaborate with MA staff at our Albany location to process forms as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Required:

  • Medical Assistant Certification or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credentials

  • CPR/BLS Certification

  • Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting

• Preferred:

  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR

  • Experience in phlebotomy and patient intake/communications
