Position Overview
As Clinical Field Staff Supervisor (CFSS), you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating home health services, supporting field clinicians, and maintaining quality care standards. This position offers a blend of clinical leadership, staff development, and patient care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinical field staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate patient care services and manage clinical documentation
- Review and approve interim orders and maintain medication profiles
- Process referrals and assign Licensed Professionals for evaluation visits
- Participate in case conferences and manage recertification decisions
- Monitor quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Serve as liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and staff
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid RN license issued by NYS Department of Education
- Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years healthcare experience with 1 year in home health
- Strong knowledge of CHHA regulations and OASIS documentation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
