Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate patient care delivery, ensuring excellence in admission to discharge processes
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery
- Implement and maintain evidence-based nursing practices
- Mentor and develop nursing staff through education and performance management
- Oversee staff scheduling and resource allocation
- Manage inventory control and equipment resources

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Texas RN license or compact state license
- Minimum 1 year of recent leadership experience in acute care hospital setting
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Critical Care/ICU experience
- Commitment to obtain ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification within 60 days
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
