- Lead and coordinate patient care delivery in our advanced Telemetry Unit

- Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation

Required Qualifications:
- Current Texas RN license or compact license
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care Telemetry Charge Nurse experience (within the last year)
- Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
- ACLS certification (must obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation
