Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the supervising nurse, guiding and coordinating all client care services.
- Act as the primary contact during agency work hours and ensure availability via telecommunication when needed.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of agency staff, ensuring proper qualifications and assisting with disciplinary actions if required.
- Monitor that the plan of care is implemented as prescribed, guaranteeing high standards of patient care.
- Conduct reassessments for client needs, ensuring timely evaluations when health conditions change, post-hospitalization, or upon physician requests.
- Lead and monitor training programs for nursing and home health aide staff, including new employee orientation and ongoing in-service education.
Compensation
- Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 annually

Qualifications
