Essential Responsibilities
- Execute complex CT scanning procedures with precision and accuracy
- Perform cross-sectional imaging studies to assist in disease diagnosis
- Prepare and maintain imaging equipment, rooms, and contrast media
- Ensure radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles
- Provide exceptional patient care across all age groups (pediatric to geriatric)
- Work independently with strong decision-making capabilities
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Current Utah Radiologic Technologist License
- ARRT Computed Tomography certification and registration
- BLS Certification (must obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Physical capability to assist and position patients
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous diagnostic and CT technologist experience
- Experience in a rural healthcare setting
- Emergency/trauma imaging experience
