Position Overview
We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Financial Reporting to join our healthcare institution's finance leadership team. In this pivotal role, you'll partner with our CFO and Controller to drive financial excellence, shape reporting strategies, and ensure operational efficiency across our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close processes, financial reporting, and complex account reconciliations
- Develop and analyze detailed financial models, forecasts, and pro forma analyses
- Drive process automation and optimization initiatives within the Finance department
- Oversee the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets
- Manage internal and external audit relationships and coordination
- Provide GAAP technical guidance and support across all business units
- Design and implement robust internal controls and financial policies
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic financial initiatives and reporting
- Support M&A activities through financial due diligence and analysis
