Senior Infection Prevention & Control Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop comprehensive infection prevention strategies and protocols
- Direct surveillance programs to monitor and analyze healthcare-associated infections
- Ensure compliance with CDC guidelines, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards
- Develop and implement evidence-based infection prevention policies and procedures
- Provide expert consultation on infection control matters to all departments
- Design and deliver infection prevention education programs for healthcare staff
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures
- Manage outbreak investigations and response protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of acute care infection prevention leadership experience
- Current or eligible for Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC)
- Strong knowledge of CDC guidelines, OSHA regulations, and Joint Commission standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with healthcare quality improvement initiatives
