Emergency Medicine NP or PA – Up to $190K

Are you a skilled Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant seeking high compensation, flexible scheduling, and the energy of a high-acuity setting? Position Highlights:

• Compensation: Up to $190,000 annually (1099 independent contractor)

• Shifts: Flexible schedule with multiple shift options

• Location: Forest Park, GA – easy access to downtown Atlanta

• Team Culture: Collaborative, fast-paced ED with a strong team-based environment

• Support: Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality emergency care in a high-volume ED

• Collaborate closely with ED physicians and other Advanced Practice Providers

• Perform patient evaluations, treatment planning, and necessary procedures

• Ensure seamless patient transitions and uphold best practices in emergency medicine

Schedule & Shift Options:

• Day, swing, and overnight shifts available:

  • 7a–5p, 2p–2a, 1p–11p, 6p–6a

• Nocturnist APPs: 12 shifts/month required (6p–6a)

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience in a hospital-based setting

• Licensure: Active Georgia NP or PA license (or eligibility)

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS required

• Preferred: Experience in high-volume emergency departments
