Position Overview
- Practice Environment: Modern 14,000-volume Emergency Department
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling with excellent work-life balance
- Support: Mid-level provider coverage during peak hours
- Patient Mix: Diverse cases including trauma, acute care, and general emergency medicine
Compensation & Benefits
- W2 Option: $250/hour plus $10/hour quality bonus (~$540K annually)
- 1099 Option: $275-285/hour
- $50,000 sign-on bonus for community-based physicians

Essential Responsibilities
- Lead emergency care delivery in a Level III Trauma Center
- Perform advanced procedures including intubations and chest tubes
- Manage complex trauma cases and diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of emergency medicine experience
- Active ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
- Eligible for North Dakota Medical License
- Demonstrated trauma care experience
