Emergency Medicine Physician - Level II Trauma Center | $285/hr

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency medical care in a fast-paced Level II Trauma Center
- Manage diverse patient populations with varying acuity levels
- Lead trauma resuscitations and critical care interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Utilize Meditech EHR for patient documentation
- Supervise and work alongside mid-level providers
Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine experience
- FM/IM with extensive emergency experience (3 years, 250 case logs) considered
- Active ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
- Eligible for North Dakota Medical License
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Position Details:
- Compensation: $285/hour (1099 contractor)
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts with flexible rotation options
- Coverage: 24-hour physician coverage with mid-level support
