Emergency Department Nurse Manager - Level I Trauma Center
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Emergency Department (ED) Nurse Manager to lead our fast-paced Level I Trauma Center in Tennessee. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee a dedicated team of 45 direct reports while ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence in our emergency services department.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of 64 FTEs, including full-time and PRN staff members
- Drive clinical excellence through implementation of evidence-based practices
- Manage departmental operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality metrics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams
- Oversee patient satisfaction initiatives and complaint resolution
- Direct continuous improvement projects and staff development programs
- Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes and departmental performance metrics
