Emergency Department Nursing Manager (Night Shift)

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of emergency care professionals while maintaining clinical excellence and operational efficiency
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes
- Oversee patient flow, resource management, and staffing optimization
- Foster interdepartmental collaboration and communication
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction metrics
- Manage department budget and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain emergency response protocols
- Ensure staff competency through education and training programs
Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license with Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 3 years recent ER nursing leadership experience
- Current BCLS certification required
- ACLS certification (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
- PALS certification (must obtain within 5 months of hire)
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
