Senior Vascular Interventional Radiology Technologist
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Senior Vascular Interventional Radiology (VIR) Technologist, where you'll play a crucial role in advanced medical imaging and patient care. We're seeking a skilled professional to perform sophisticated vascular angiographic procedures in our state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex vascular and interventional radiology procedures across multiple specialties including Neurological, Thoracic, and Abdominal imaging
- Execute advanced angiographic imaging techniques for Genitourinary and Gastrointestinal procedures
- Manage Peripheral Vascular and Venous Access procedures with precision
- Provide exceptional patient care for adult through geriatric populations
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Required Qualifications:
- Current Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license
- ARRT (R) certification as a Registered Radiographer
- Minimum of 1 year interventional radiology experience (candidates with strong imaging background will be considered)
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Ability to obtain BCLS within 30 days of employment
- Ability to obtain ACLS within 6 months of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cardiovascular (CV) Registration through ARRT
- Special procedures training or certification
- Experience in neurointervention procedures
