Core Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize revenue cycle operations including claims processing, payment posting, and accounts receivable
- Lead and mentor a team of medical billers and coders
- Oversee provider credentialing and maintain insurance relationships
- Conduct quality assurance audits and maintain compliance standards
- Manage insurance claim appeals and denials
- Implement best practices for maximum reimbursement
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate staff training and development
Required Qualifications
- 5 years medical billing experience, ophthalmology preferred
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and medical coding guidelines

- Excellence in Microsoft Office applications
- Associate degree required, Bachelor's preferred
