Join a prestigious Level IV Trauma Center as an Emergency Medicine NP / PA in Bristol, PA. This role offers an exceptional work-life balance with daytime / evening shifts only, competitive compensation, and a collaborative professional environment.

Compensation & Schedule

  • 200,000 annual earning potential (1099 Contract)
  • Premium rate of $115 / hour
  • Family-friendly schedule : 12 shifts per month
  • Convenient shift times :

Weekdays : 11 : 00 AM - 11 : 00 PM

  • Weekends : 1 : 00 PM - 9 : 00 PM
  • No overnight shifts required

    • Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver acute care management in a fast-paced Emergency Department
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnoses
  • Provide trauma support and emergency medical interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Document patient care using Epic EMR system
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards

    • Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree from accredited NP or PA program
  • Active Pennsylvania state license or eligibility
  • Minimum 2 years of NP / PA clinical experience
  • Current certifications :

    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • ATLS certification preferred
