Position Overview
- Base Compensation: $200,000 annually
- Schedule Flexibility: Only 12 shifts per month
- Premium Daytime Hours: No overnight shifts required
- High-Impact Setting: 22,000 annual ED visits
- Modern EMR System for efficient documentation
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver expert emergency care in a fast-paced Level II trauma center
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnoses
- Implement treatment plans and perform emergency procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure exceptional patient care and documentation standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania NP or PA license (or eligibility)
- Graduate degree from accredited NP/PA program
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- ATLS certification preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making abilities
