We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Supervisor to lead our Patient Access Department across our locations in Geneva and Penn Yan, NY. Core Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership and supervision to Patient Access staff across multiple locations
- Manage department scheduling and staffing optimization
- Oversee Meditech training programs for ADM users
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards
- Process payroll and manage departmental budgets
- Conduct performance evaluations and staff development
- Implement process improvements and maintain departmental policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year medical office experience
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, and ICD10 coding
- Proven leadership and staff management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience in healthcare setting
- Experience with Meditech systems
- Bilingual capabilities
- Knowledge of JCAHO standards
- Background in patient registration or access services
