- Oversee registration quality assurance programs across all service areas
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team development
- Manage on-call rotation to maintain 24/7 operational coverage

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of Patient Access management experience in an acute care setting
