Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and medical history

- Implement therapeutic exercise programs and functional training
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain detailed patient documentation and progress reports
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuing education programs
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current state Physical Therapy license or eligible for licensure
