Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation Specialist

- Perform detailed assessments including functional activities, range of motion, and gait analysis
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records compliant with insurance requirements
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuing education programs
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current state Physical Therapy license or eligible for licensure
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing education
