- Conduct functional assessments, range of motion testing, and gait analysis
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide expert instruction in therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes for insurance compliance
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuing education programs
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
