Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Pay Range: $80,000–$120,000 annually
Locations: Washington, DC Greater Metro Area (including Northern VA and MD)

We’re expanding in 2024 and seeking passionate PTs to help us elevate the standard of care in outpatient rehabilitation.

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in restoring function and improving quality of life for patients through evidence-based care plans. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical limitations, capabilities, and rehabilitation potential.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans aligned with physician directives and patient goals.

• Set realistic, measurable objectives to support recovery and functional improvement.

• Deliver skilled therapy interventions and adjust plans based on patient response.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

• Document progress, outcomes, and treatment modifications using electronic medical records (EMR).

• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, injury prevention, and post-discharge care.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Active Physical Therapist license in DC (or eligibility to obtain).

• CPR for Healthcare Providers certification.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

• Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding, Medicare compliance, and third-party billing practices.

• Ability to navigate Workers' Compensation Insurance protocols.

• Strong collaboration skills in a decentralized healthcare model.
