Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide expert therapeutic interventions in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to departmental operations and clinical education programs
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy License
• American Heart Association BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
