- Generate AIA billings and process job-related invoices
- Post monthly activities for Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Project Communication :
- Attend project turnover, review, and close-out meetings
- Liaise effectively with Project Executives, Managers, and Coordinators
- Provide timely feedback to upper management on project financial status
