Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee multiple conveyor system projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project to keep teams on track.
- Develop and manage Change Order Requests to accommodate project scope adjustments.
- Regularly ensure accurate data submission for seamless invoicing.
- Generate weekly Open Issues lists and share updates with customers and internal teams.
- Issue and evaluate Requests for Quote (RFQs) for subcontractor work, validate pricing, and coordinate purchase requisitions.
- Supervise Site Managers during installation phases and conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
