Regional Nursing Program Director - Clinical Education & Compliance
We're seeking an experienced Nursing Program Director to oversee multiple campus locations and lead our nursing education programs. Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead program development, implementation, and evaluation across multiple campus locations
- Establish and maintain clinical partnerships with healthcare facilities
- Ensure compliance with state nursing boards and accreditation requirements
- Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation
- Manage student admissions, progression, and clinical placement processes
- Direct curriculum development and program quality initiatives
- Coordinate with executive leadership on strategic planning and program growth
- Supervise clinical site evaluations and risk assessments
- Foster community partnerships and educational collaborations
Required Qualifications:
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in nursing education or clinical supervision
- 2 years teaching experience in an approved nursing program
- Completed coursework in administration, teaching, and curriculum development
- Strong understanding of nursing education regulations and accreditation standards
- Excellence in leadership, communication, and organizational skills
