Position Overview
As Regional Director, you'll lead clinical operations across our Plattsburgh, Glens Falls, and Canton offices, overseeing patient services delivery, quality outcomes, and team development while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize clinical operations across multiple locations
- Lead development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Oversee care coordination and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Manage clinical staff recruitment, development, and retention
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality standards
- Monitor and optimize financial performance metrics

Required Qualifications
- Current RN license with BSN degree required (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years home healthcare experience
- Proven clinical management experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellence in leadership, communication, and problem-solving
