Clinical Staff Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on best clinical practices
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care delivery
- Provide patient and family education regarding medications, procedures, and treatments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records
- Champion patient safety initiatives and quality improvement measures
- Manage medical resources and supplies efficiently
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current Florida RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Minimum of 1 year recent RN experience (acute care experience strongly preferred)
- Current BLS certification required
- ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire)
- BSN preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
