Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive age-specific patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Lead interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Deliver and document patient care using EPIC electronic medical records system
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and accuracy
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain one
- Current BLS certification (CPR)
- ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
