Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care through accurate assessments, treatment planning, and implementation of care strategies

- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system to maintain detailed patient documentation
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to safety protocols
- Coordinate patient care activities across multiple healthcare disciplines
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health maintenance
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
- Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications may be required)
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems (EPIC)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
