Progressive Care Neuro Trauma Nurse Manager (RN)

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced critical care setting
- Oversee daily unit operations, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation
- Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration between nursing staff, physicians, and support services
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular patient-team rounds and maintain high standards of patient/family satisfaction
- Manage staff development through performance evaluations, coaching, and professional growth opportunities
- Partner with PCNT Director to implement strategic objectives and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or valid Compact State License
- 3-7 years acute care nursing experience in a critical care environment
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in neuro trauma care
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PCCN Certification
- TNCC Certification
- TCAR Certification
- Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
