Surgical Technologist (OR Tech) - Multiple Specialties
Join one of Spokane's premier healthcare facilities as a Surgical Technologist where you'll play a vital role in our state-of-the-art operating rooms. We're seeking experienced OR Techs to support multiple surgical specialties including General, GYN, Neurology, Orthopedics, and more.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain sterile field for surgical procedures
- Anticipate surgeon needs and efficiently pass instruments during procedures
- Prepare and manage case carts and surgical equipment
- Assist with room turnover to maintain optimal OR efficiency
- Collaborate with circulating RNs and surgical team members
- Support various surgical specialties including General, GYN, Neurology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Plastics, and ENT
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Current Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year hospital-based surgical technology experience
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterile technique
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
