Remote Workers' Compensation Attorney - Senior & Associate Positions (California)

Essential Responsibilities :
- Manage workers' compensation defense cases from inception through resolution
- Represent insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers
- Conduct depositions and cross-examinations of medical professionals
- Navigate complex settlement negotiations and lien claims
- Maintain active court appearances and calendar management
- Provide client training on evolving workers' compensation law
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor legal support staff
