compensation: $16.50 -$30 depending on experience

This is a M-F 7am to 5pm, Saturday 7-3.  Position.  5 day work week 

Growing automotive repair shop has an immediate part-time opening for a front counter PPA Service associate. The position primarily performs the following duties: interact with the Great Bear team in addition to retail phone and lobby customers, answer phone calls, order parts and materials, prepare invoices, record invoices into our accounting system, record and maintain vehicle and labor information into our computer system. 

To be considered for the position, you MUST be computer literate, able to operate a smart device (tablet or phone), able to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, able to speak fluent English (bi-lingual / Korean/ Chinese a plus), have a professional appearance, able to follow directions and able to multi-task "with a smile". The ideal candidate will have past career experience working as a Customer Service representative for a car dealership or larger auto repair/body shop. The perfect candidate will have experience using ShopKey/ CCC or similar shop management system.

part-time position for service writer at an independent repair shop. 

Highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the PPA (service advisor) is a natural communicator with good attention to detail, a sense of urgency, a multi-tasked with the ability to work independently, impeccable integrity, and a professional demeanor.
