Responsibilities
- Applicant will be responsible for care and supervision of children while the lead teacher goes on a lunch break.
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide support to students during classroom activities, ensuring they understand the material.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and other activities to ensure safety and engagement.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education.
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person who has a genuine love for kids and a great attitude.
- Knowledge of infant care and early childhood education principles.
- Familiarity with childhood development milestones and best practices.
- First aid certification is a plus but not required; willingness to obtain certification is encouraged.
- A passion for educating children and fostering their growth in a nurturing environment.
