We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Great Bend Industries. Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Design and develop new and custom products according to project specifications, including determining design requirements and managing process engineering change notices.
- Estimating and Costing: Estimate all cylinder projects to ensure accurate and consistent bid to build process, fully understand manufacturing costs, and prepare item master listings and bills of materials.
- Manufacturing Optimization: Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency, create short and long-term plans, and manage continuous improvement activities.
- Team Leadership: Coach and mentor various levels of engineers and support personnel, assist with recruitment, training, and development of staff, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate regular team meetings.
