Cosmetologist

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional beauty services to clients, enhancing their appearance and boosting their confidence. You will be responsible for a variety of haircuts while also ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the salon. Your expertise will contribute to building lasting relationships with clients and promoting our salon's reputation for quality service.

Duties
- Perform a variety of haircuts for men and women.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals.
- Provide front desk support as needed, including greeting clients and managing inquiries.
- Mentor junior staff members by sharing knowledge and best practices in cosmetology.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering, and styling.

Skills
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends.
- Strong upselling skills to promote products and services effectively.
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards within the salon environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Experience in barbering is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
