We are looking for a Hair Stylist or Master Barber who is an excellent communicator, has a positive attitude, and is looking to grow within our company. We want someone who is passionate about their work and wants to learn new skills. We want someone who is interested in growing within the company and wants to help build the future of our company.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as soon as they arrive at the salon
• Perform high-quality, individualized haircuts using professional products and techniques
• Create beautiful, professional client appearances
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas; perform product cleanups when necessary
• Assess clients’ needs and preferences and provide them with unique hair experiences
• Educate clients about our brand, products, and services
• Build relationships with clients; develop loyal client bases; keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair care services and trends; create loyal client relationships; promote new client sales through word-of-mouth referrals; provide professional customer service; keep accurate client records and follow up with clients at the end of each visit or service session
• Other duties as assigned by management, or as needed.

We specialize in Haircuts and offer our customers the flexibility of walking-in or checking-in online-making our salons very convenient for today’s customers-plus a little bit more fast paced since we aren’t providing any chemical services.
