We're one of the largest Great Clips franchisees in the country. We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base comm productivity tips).
Last week our avg effective wage was $31.77 / hr. Some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $21 / hr. Free shears ($199 msrp) just for coming in for an interview.
Hands-on training and $300 signing bonus. Cosmetology or barbers license required.

Hair Stylist / Barber Qualifications
- Cosmetology and / or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state / province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
