Our company owns and operates 8 salons in Central Arkansas. We offer a competitive starting pay rate of $15.00 for full-time stylists, with an average effective wage of over $26 per hour. This translates to an annual salary range of approximately $40,000 to $50,000. Both full and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and a range of benefits including paid training, holidays, PTO, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
