Competitive Compensation Package

• Part-time stylists earn $14 per hour, while full-time stylists receive $15 per hour with restrictions and up to $17 per hour with flexibility
• Add to that product commissions on top of base wages
• Average tips per customer are around $6

We also offer paid training, so you'll be well-equipped to succeed in your role. Plus, full-time stylists receive a comprehensive benefits package, while part-time stylists enjoy a partial package.

Requirements

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for building genuine connections with customers and delivering exceptional haircuts
• Desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
• Ability to work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive and supportive salon environment
