Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individuals to join our private school team. Both Positions are full time position. Hours would be 8:30-5:30pm/ 9:00-6:00pm

Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans that cater to students' unique learning needs and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, creativity, and collaboration.
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness and making necessary adjustments to instructional strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a comprehensive and cohesive educational program.
- Provide early intervention and support to students who may be struggling or require additional assistance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and a positive school culture.
Requirements
- Experience working with students is a plus

- Strong knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles.
- Ability to educate students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles..
- Ability to work effectively with children and provide positive reinforcement and feedback.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
