Responsibilities:
- Financing Processing: Manage and process financing from multiple sources, ensuring accurate documentation and timely approval of financing for customer projects.
- Down Payment Collection: Coordinate the collection of down payments from customers, ensuring payments are received and applied correctly to customer accounts.
- Expiration Management: Monitor and manage financing expirations, ensuring all relevant deadlines are met and customers are notified of any required actions.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, finance companies, and internal teams regarding financing questions, payment status, and account issues.
- Job Financial Management: Track and manage the financial portion of jobs, ensuring that all payments and financing arrangements are properly recorded and up to date. Provide regular updates to internal teams on the financial status of jobs.
- Billing and Reconciliation: Assist with invoicing customers and ensure proper billing in alignment with financing arrangements. Reconcile financial discrepancies between finance companies, customers, and internal records.
- Reporting: Prepare financial reports related to financing, down payments, and job statuses for management review. Provide updates on outstanding receivables and collection efforts.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries regarding financing, payments, and job financials, providing clear and professional communication to resolve any issues.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial processes, policies, and applicable regulations regarding financing, payment collection, and account management.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in financial data entry, processing payments, and managing financial records.

- Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to track multiple tasks, deadlines, and financial details simultaneously.
Education and Experience:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounts receivable, finance, or a similar position, with a strong understanding of financing processes and payment collection. Experience in project-based financial management is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Experience working with finance companies or in an industry that requires complex payment arrangements or financing options is a plus.
