Champion Window - Field Marketing ManagerAs the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, developing and managing local partnerships, shows / events, canvassing, and field marketing efforts focused on lead generation.Responsibilities : Research, register and coordinate events, sponsorships, canvassing, and local engagement effortsEngage potential customers and schedule in-home consultations with Champion Sales RepresentativesDevelop training programs for existing local staff and new hiresEngaging with homeowners in local neighborhoods where Champion has recently completed home-improvement projectsHire, train and maintain team of field marketers across multiple locationsManage provided budgets to maximize ROIDetermine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with the VP of MarketingManage and approve payroll entries and updatesContribute content social media and company culture effortsEvaluate data and results to identify areas of improvementConduct performance reviews with field marketing teamSupport Corporate Marketing functions where necessarQualifications : 5 years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside salesAssociate degree in business management or related fieldPrior experience in construction industry and / or lead generation industries preferredExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong organizational skillsAble to oversee budgets and develop reportsAbility to lead a team of field marketersAbility to demonstrate products and engage with potential customersAbility to stand and walk for up to 8 hoursMust hold a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using person vehicleAbility to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekendsChampion Window is an Equal Employment Opportunity EmployerToday & Every Day,
