Great Day Improvements - Senior Product Manager
We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the development, execution, and growth of strategic product platform(s). In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence to optimize product performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and deliver business growth. The position is the cornerstone in developing and delivering new product programs within specified quality and financial / price targets for product lines. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and execution of a comprehensive product roadmap. This role demands a strategic thinker who excels in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap :
- Develop and execute product platform strategy, aligning with corporate goals and market opportunities.
- Drive share gains & accretive margins across product categories & brands.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ability to perform and / or direct : Competitive analysis, product ideation, project management, pricing recommendations, sample review
