Champion Windows is seeking an outgoing and reliable Entry Level Outside Field Marketing Representative to schedule hurricane resistant window and door replacements, and roofing appointments with homeowners. Transportation is provided to local and surrounding areas. No experience necessary; PAID TRAINING (classroom and in the field). Career Advancement in the first 90 days. - Hourly Rate Paid Weekly
- Tiered Bonus Structure Paid Weekly
- Sign-On Bonus up to $2,000
- Referral Bonus up to $1,600
- Generate pre-qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor driving brand awareness through face-to-face marketing.
- Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free product demonstration.
- Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships.
- Schedule inspections with homeowners.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Face to face marketing experience.
- Industry and product knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Confident, competitive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Results oriented professional who creates a track record of success and wants to grow in the industry.
