General Maintenance Technician

Job Description
Good working knowledge and have the ability to perform professional level maintenance services, carpentry, drywall, and paint. Ability to operate most common maintenance related tools and materials. Respond to and complete service request in an efficient and timely manner. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Perform preventive maintenance and report any new issues that need attention to upper management
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have driver’s license (provided upon applying)

Job Type: Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Weekends and Holidays (as needed)
- Hours: 8:30am-5pm.
Experience:
- Technical skills as it relates to maintenance
- Effectively use of variety of hand and power tools
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
